Hey fellas started a new cycle with test, winstrol, and some GH and seems like as soon as I added the winstrol I started tearing muscles way easier. Only using 50 mg of winstrol wanted to get some options

Do you mean straining of the muscles or actual tears? Winstrol dries you out and terrible on lipids.

Yes, that’s a better word to use strained my muscles. How do you guys get around that?

Taurine and potassium might help plus reduce to 30 mg/d. Also stay hydrated.

Winstrol is famous for being rough on joints/ tendons etc.......usually used as a cutter at or near the end of a cycle, it was originally designed for race horses and was quite effective, back in the early 90's we could get it from a vet that we knew, it was 50mg in 50ml vials.

The masters physique/BB I train used WIN for years, couple of 12 week cycles a year 10 mg/d. Finds VAR (same dose) to be as or more effective particular when combined with her base of T and ND. Ditto for her on the joint pain and less problems with lipids and LFTs w/VAR vs WIN.
