Yep...what I was thinking...dont want to do too much, more to help with the cut and spare muscle...was thinking of using it the last 8 weeks at no more than 10 a day, but want to start more conservative to be safe. I will use an insulin syringe to try and dose the smaller amount, but may end up watering it down to make it easier to measure. I just dont want to overdo it and end up unable to train because of sore joints...or get a whiskey voice
No sides so far.. Seam to have more energy and water retention from the var is gone..... Think it's really helping with the bodyfat also.any sides? I don't mind some of the potential sides, but prefer to not have my voice change permanantly LOL (don't really want a 5 oclock shadow either...but that is easier to deal with than the voice...can't hide that LOL)
