Air popped pop corn. A little salt and some zero cal flavoring and you get a good sized bowl of it with very few calories.
Love me some popcorn… spike seasoning and lawry’s garlic with butter for it all to stick… best ever mix

Oatmeal. Every morning with a shake for literally years. Sometimes I'll change up the shake flavor but the Oatmeal never leaves

Nuts. Peanuts, cashews mostly. Keeps me away from sweets very effectively.

Rice, baked (bone in) chicken, and Kimchi lots too .. never gets old.

Eggs any way I prepare them. I moved away from volumes of them after competition days ended. That was 14 years ago. Now I need to put them back in.
