Almost everything has its time and place.

Post workout as a powerlifter I get great results eating the sort of food that would make a diabetic lose a foot.

The only thing that always leaves me feeling like crap is McDOnalds/ Burger king.... even Wendy's has a few things I can eat in a pinch.

they do taste amazeballs.. but gawd it screams heart attack!

Any fast food imo. However moderation is key as when your dieting imo sometimes you just can't help get a sack full of krystals. Lol.

I usually eat good everyday all day. But come Sunday.., thats my day. I dont really know if this is bad or not, but I alway get a large thin crust pepperoni from domino's well done. I tell them to burn it. I put a lot of red pepper on it and chow it all down in one sittiing in the afternoon.
