whats best for chest mass incline or flat???

Will doing incline give u a bigger chest??

there's no right or wrong answer to this one...alot depends on your shoulder/clavicle area and pec shape you already have...i've seen some where they didn't gain until they only did inclines and others the opposite lost size when only doing inclines and no flat/dec

and declines and dips and flyes.
if you want chest mass then you have to hit the pecs from every angle.

when i was bodybuilding, i found bench/fly/ dumbbell pullover gave me tremendous chest mass..lot's of people don't realize flys mimic what the chest muscle was meant to do, pulling the arms across the chest.3-4 drop sets for flys, a triple drop per set, after benching, should bring up those pecs.

If it's development you want use dumbells all the big guys swear by em .

Both are a must but be careful with the flat "ego" gets in the way and shoulder injury's tend to happen. Incline i like the best upper chest with some front delt. best combo. <3 TG

Flat Barbell or Dumbbells recruit more muscle fibers according to MRI imaging and just plain logic, however doing them alone will leave looking like a man with boobs. So, do some incline work too and get MAXIMUM muscle mass development.
