BBQ'd polish sausages are so damn good!!! They are quick and easy for a BBQ and go quick. Slice them longways in half, soak in BBQ sauce, maybe some mustard, worcestershire, etc overnight, then thrown in the oven for like an hour to heat up to temp, then finish on the grill to get some char and sugars to cook up. YUM!!!
