Depends on goals & commitment,
I started around that age, lost 40lbs naturally ( was a fat teen)....needed to put on muscle quick... I spent a majority of years unknownigly fat and wanted to do whatever it took to never be in that shape again, so I committed to the lifestyle....used almost every compound between my early & late twenties, still able to conceive, yes I know everyone's different but if he's willing to commit to the lifestyle, pros and cons... he's of age to make that decision.

Shxt you can commit to the military & sex change operations earlier than 21 so who dictates the age limit for PED's?

If your mentally settled on committing to this lifestyle just make sure your diet, eating habits, and workout routine/regimen is in check 1st.

Stick to testosterone & keep an aromatase inhibitor on standby if needed.

Decide if you wanna cycle, or blast & cruise (only if your willing to be on TRT for life)....yes there's restart options later on down the line but just know it's a 50/50.

Deciding on PED use is more about being mentally prepared & educated vs age. My opinion.

Yep, 05/26/2012 is close to 15 years. What must have confused @Heady Muscle was that all 4 of your lifetime posts so far are in this thread, none of which was an Intro.

Thank you for the vote of confidence, I also was a pretty fat teen I was always built and have been pretty strong but I've been dieting like crazy for the last 6 months and found out I'm reactive hypoglycemic and that's been part of my problem but since then I've had to cut glycemic load food out of my diet and have been seeing some results, a lot of the reason I'm thinking of hopping on is because it seems like glps wouldn't help my specific situation as much but test would probably assist in the weight loss, I'm rougjly 220 right now and 17-18 percent body fat! I definitely don't want to blast and cruise but am more of a cycle on and off kind of guy as I want the best chances for my natural production to be salvagable even though I know there's a big chance they won't be. Thank you for the help!

super lurker lol
Recently redownloaded the Tapatalk app on a new phone, and it had this account connected, so made it easier to log back on.

Think I used to post back in the early 2010s when I first joined, and would have done an introduction then (to the extent they were required). Possible some of that older stuff got lost with the conversion away from the vbulletin platform that happened back in 2016 or so.

Agree with the last point, but also think part of it is about wisdom and experience, which a person training regularly for just 4 years at the age of 21 doesn't have.

It is ultimately his choice, as he's a grown man (and to your point about the Army, you're right again, as I had already served my contract by his age), but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone with less than 10ish years of consistent natural training who's at or around 25 years old, minimum.

Lots of brain development still happening from 21-25, and one of the things we don't track that well at that age is actual long-term consequences.

For me I had flabby skin, not really loose like you'd normally see but it was a big time demotivator....I was happier as a full fledged fat boi in comparison to being skinny fat haha but yea started of cycling on & off but the results I was getting from being on just made me accept TRT life.

And I get it, you can only loose so much weight before you realize it's time to start building.... rebuilding I should say.

But whatever you decide on choosing the knowledge you'll gain from sticking around this forum will definitely help you out for a lifetime.

Best of luck on your ventures buddy

Honestly, don't think I've logged on once since the vbulletin conversion lol. Lots of names I don't recognize on here these days and not seeing a ton of the folks I knew anymore.
