I've been on a 3-week pre-Holiday cut (-20% in cals or so). Cycling ephedrine and phen (week by week). TRT doses. I was taking an ounce of raw apple cider vinegar (from Heinz I think) 3x a day. There might be something to it. I'm still hesitant to say its the cider, but this cut is more successful than most I do with the stated regimen. I'm getting really damn sick of the vinegar taste but want to finish the bottle.
Apple cider vinegar is great, a whole host of benefits related to digestion & metabolism. Take it first thing in the morning mixed into a cup of warm water and 1/2 lemon squeezed into it.
Drinking anything that's fermented and/or raw is going to be good for you. Blending is great as you can chuck tons of good stuff in and get it all into you fast without any loss of nutrients that you get from juicing.
