I always have 90% lean ground beef as its do versatile - goolash, pasta sauce , etc
Eggs
Rice
Big thing for us guys is knowing endless ways that are easy to prepare our meals .
I usually cook 2-3 days supply of 2-3 meals store in freezer and fridge so I can just nuke when needed. Plus I got a Ton of raw food and make my own jerky love jerky

I wish i could consume some those bulking carbs, but with diabetes i cant. So my list is: Mixed Nuts, Cider Vinegar, Cinnamon, Low Fat Milk, Coconut Oil, Low Carb Peanut Butter, Avocados, Red Salmon, Pink Salmon, Chicken Breast Slices and Chicken Portions, Natural Cottage Cheese, Milled Flaxseed, various Wholegrain Cereals, small Apples, small Bananas, Low Fat Yogurts, various Crisp Breads, Lamb and Steaks medium portions, Egg White Protien Powder, Strawberries, Sweet Potatoes, Tomatoes, Spinach, Brussel Sprouts, Broccoli, small Carrots, and a few Peas.
