I'm 6 weeks out . My diet ****ing sucks all fish all day o yea and 3 1/2 cups asparagus a day LOL urine smells LOLOLOL

Half a tub of fage Greek yogurt 2 scoops protein powder usually chocolate, strawberry or vanilla. Handful of almonds. Some flax seed.

I Have no idea how common this is, but my step mother ended up with mercury poisoning while dieting on lots of asparagus. Might consider changing it up a little bit.
