Haven’t used pre workouts in 3 years. After a long 6-month layoff from training due to competing 5 times last year, work demands and getting sick for 6 weeks too.
Now that I’m back, this week, I added 1/4-1/2 scoop of Mutant Mind F*ck so I don’t get run down in the middle of my workout until I get my poop in a pile again.
