That screams scam. A good diet and exercise will trim your waistline.

I'm acually doing that right now trying to get my obliques to look smaller. I don't think its a quick fat lose but I would assume it would or could work like when women wear corsets to shrink there wastes. My trainer has me doing it because my obliques are so blocking and built up we will see what happens just started it yesterday.

Braw do you use just the wrap or is there some kind of heart source applied first? like deep heat or tiger balm?

I wear a neoprene Rehband style wrap under my clothes when I dead-lift, they work great for keeping you warm but they won't do shit for your waist line... you do sweat like crazy in them but that has nothing to do with trimming your waist

My wife uses shrink wrap the one for kitchen use when she does cardio, never tried it myself. I think is more mentally than actual benefit in using "waist wraps".

That's a trick that's used a lot actually. Prep H + saran wrap to tighten up a midsection. It's not permanent but used when stepping on stage.

If it were as easy as using a wrap everyone would have a nice tight mid section...... just saying...
