I don't feel so old now, lol
I hit 50 this year and have been training over 25 years, I quit counting after 25. For sure the years of banging takes it's toll on your body. Like most that have trained this long I've learned how to train smarter not necessarily harder and how to train around certain nagging injuries.
I remember when I was younger and training my lats, I would leave the gym and not even feel like i worked my lats, today i train lats and i feel them when I'm training them. lol I'd go to the gym and train for 2 hours and wonder why i couldn't put any size on.
That's the difference between when i was young and now. I feel the muscle i'm training, I know when enough is enough, I know how to eat. I've made some of my best gains in my early 40s. I'm the biggest I've ever been at 15%BF so gains are still possible.
I will continue to train until i am just physically unable to do so and continue using gh and gear until i financially can not afford to do so and try and slow down father age as much as possible.
