I got workout #3 done and workout#1 done doing a lot better today now that the head cold is clearing up. I goofed up on my last two entries it's suppose to say 2 sets x 6reps. I'm keeping the weights even through out the work outs so I'm still just using the 80 lbs for my max weight I'm focusing on getting up to 4 sets of 6 reps before adding weight

Sorry for being inactive in here. I've been working on getting my stuff little more organized. I think I've got it now so here we go:
Date: Monday November 22, 2015
Hours of sleep: 6
Morning weight: 202.3lbs
Evening weight:
Workout start time: 2am
Workout end time: 4:15 am

Warmup and 1st cardio:
jogging 30 minutes
yoga 30 minutes

weights: (reps x sets x weight used)
bench press 6 x 3 x 80
incline press 6 x 3 x 80
pullovers 6 x 3 x 40
push ups 6 x 3 x body
bent over rows 6 x 3 x 80
deadlifts 6 x 3 x 80




Abs: (reps x sets x weight used)
sit ups 10 x 1 x body
twists 20 x 1 x body
lateral raises 10 x 1 x body each side
back raises 10 x 1 x body




Cool down and 2nd cardio:
stationary bike 30 minutes


Notes:
2 am took HD and Bcaa
3 am took pre-workout
3:30 am took vitamins
4:17 am Protein shake

standing barbell curls 6 x 3 x 80
dumbbell curls 6 x 3 x 40
close grip press 6 x 3 x 80
triceps extensions 6 x 3 x 40
wrist curl 6 x 3 x 30
reverse wrist curl 6 x 3 x 30





Abs: No Abs today
sit ups
twists
lateral raises
back raises




Cool down and 2nd cardio:
Jogging 30 minutes
jump rope 15 minutes


Notes:
9 am took last HD pill w/ Bcaa
10 am took Pre-workout
10:30 am took vitamins
11 am drank protein shake
I'm not going to order any more HD I'm going to start getting away from the supplements other than protein powder and vitamins I'll keep those.
