C Traps ('dynamic' upright rows) 3 x 10 60/60/60

Day 3 P.M
A1 Pulldowns medium grip 3 x 10 67/67/67
A2 Low decline db extensions 3 x 10 14/14/14
B1 Db rows 3 x 10 30/30/30
B2 Pushdowns vbar 3 x 10 87/87/87
C Db forearms curls 3 x 25 7/7/7

Changed the order this week and missed a day from some foot nerve related pain

No I haven't given up. My apologies to anyone unfortunate enough to be reading my BS. If an explanation is necessary - that was part of a long soliloquy. I have been away for work interstate, and then my laptop ****ed out. I still managed to get most of my workouts done; here are the workouts I should have posted.

Dec 1st 2015

Day 1 A.M
A Back Squats - 120/122.5/125
B Bench press - 100/102.5/105/105/105/105
C Low cable elbow high external rotation - 7.5/7.5/7.5

Day 1 P.M
A1 Low incline db press - 34/34/34
A2 Incline db curls - 12/12/12
B1 Db flyes - 20/20/20
B2 Incline db hammer curls - 12/12/12
C Db forearm extensions - 6/6/6

It doesn't look like I will be increasing weights on many exercises except for the squat for some time. If I wasn't a law abiding citizen I might say that that has something to do with hormones.

C Ql side raises (on back extension) 3 x 10 as above

A2 Kneeling leg curls foot turned out 77/77/77
B1 Db calf raises 8/8/8
B2 Single leg Back extensions 3 x 10 not done due to back tightness
C Abdominal Cable holds (10 seconds on 5 seconds off x 6) as above

C Db forearms curls 7/7

Db rows wrongly recorded in earlier workout, I haven't done this exercise in a long time. It shows in the very light weights lifted lol
