So this is my friend and employee. He tore his pec last week the pics on his FB get pretty gross as the days go on by day 3. this is only day one. Regardless someone stole it and blogged about it please read the article and comments, they are nothing short of hilarious and just show how un educated the world really is. Still laughing here. Hes been a good sport about it lol

I tore my pec last year around October and the thing that to this day still haunts me was the sound of the tear, as it sounded like tearing a pair of wet jeans!!! Luckily it was only a partial tear and it looks like Toney Freemans right pec (my pecs aren't as big as his though ).
