Tinnitus is killing me

The constant buzzing in my left ear has only increased and it's making me go insane. Distracting and uncomfortable. I'm sure there is some ex-military on here who has had it worse and for longer. Hopefully I get used to it because it won't ever go away. But it's insanity right now.

I wouldn't be a good pill pusher if I didn't ask, tell me about the NDAIDS you're on? High dose salicylates=tinnitus like ear ringing.

Other meds? (Can PM)

Secondly, what started this? How long? Anything make it worse/better?

I haven't been on any meds of any kind for a while.

Last year I was hit by a drunk driver in a box truck and my skull was crushed. So that's when it started. For a long time I was on pain meds (can't remember the first one but then switched to tramodol) and I was also on anti-seizure drugs for 2 months (levitracetam) and docusate sodium. As soon as I could stop taking those things I did.
