Yup, if a mod is present in the chat they should either delete or edit the shouts deemed offensive or abusive

I think Deputy Fife put down some excellent rules that could work here as well.

After Gomer Pyle understood that Deputy Fife would never get up with less than 7000.- bucks a month he should have learned the internal rule: Shut your mouth when not in use.
