No, far as I know no one is producing it since balco, probably due to tighter restrictions on gestrinone sales worldwide.
It's basically a slightly weaker from of R1881/methyltren, except it has a 2 ethyl groups where MT has two methyl groups. So binding would be slightly reduced. Should be quite potent in low doses, and quite toxic as well.
