all the way - i LOVE new sports bras, (new ANY bras haha) and i lost so much weight that now this and one other bra are the only ones that fit me, so i'm down to two, i'm giving all the others away to the veterans association. i'm giving away a lot of clothes too.... i can't wait to have a whole wardrobe again!! lol

alright, i've been gone for a while because i was in miami
i was pretty good, stayed the same weight, did a few workout classes over the last couple of weeks, but not every day, and no lifting.

tomorrow i'm going to do a light run in the morning and pilates in the afternoon. no idea how many calories i'll have, i have to backtrack and see how many calories i've been having without doing much exercise...

i'm thinking of just leaving the calories the same, making sure i have most of my protein before and after workouts, my sugary carbs in the morning, and making sure i have enough vegetables. honestly its after midnight, now is not the time to plan... i have to be up in the morning to run... night.

Hey welcome aboard, sounds like you keep busy, i wish you continued success. Initially i read the science of art and thought i was going to have to write one more of ketsugos wordy posts that no one reads, unlesd of course they have a love of learning. Usully im on a tie-raid about the myths n corrupt ideation of the martisl art world, particulary how a method of war may have inspired the creation of what is called martial arts, but an artform is not science and the science of surviving on thebattle field methods of combat, should not be confused with an artform. Karate is not a fighting science nor are most schools of kung fu, they are physical and spiritusl exersizes that have purposely buried any scientific fighting principles in order to teach skills of focus, balance, power and grace, self discipline ect, through a series of movements and demonstrstive displays of these attributes. They were meant for children, not self defense. The black belt was unvented also within this school of thought and does not ever convey a skilled fighter. Ha ha so see i did it anyway, Welcome, welcome to tid

haha ketsugo.... i just thought it was an ok name for my journal, cuz everyone here calls me art... and i figure its gotta be pretty scientific and specific to lose weight... it wasn't particularly thought out.. thanks for the welcome!

so today i woke up too tired to work out, i think i may have set a really high bar for myself with this whole working out every morning idea.. we'll see.

my weight is at 139, holding pretty steady although i'd like to be back to the 137 that i was before my two week miami adventure. drinking will do that to you i suppose..

i have to be out late tonight but i'm going to get some working out done tomorrow no matter what. especially if packing up every bit of clothing in my apartment counts as exercise. i have to have construction work done, so everything goes into boxes so that its protected...

ummmm... oh yeah, just under 2000 calories eaten yesterday.

man, i've really got to get back into a routine - vacations really mess with me!!
