Nice... Are you going to stay the course or tweak what you're doing to increase those numbers?

Staying the course right now. I am stating to get more and more PRs lately or at least match PRs that I havent been able to get in a while. Going to keep it going while it is still going good.

great lifting as usual 4G!

Thanks Yomo

Thanks, IS, I have managed to lose about 10 pounds in the last few months, but people keep telling me I look like I am getting fatter :D

Not too much happening tonight. Squats were rough. Left knee was not feeling up to par. Slight pain all day, got worse as it got colder, and then it flared up during the 355x5 set and the first attempt at 400. I wrapped them up as tight as I could for the 400x5 set and I didn't have any problems.... until I took the wraps off. It is a sharp pain right above the knee cap and more towards the inner thigh than the outer. I put the sleeves back on for benchpress just for the confidence boost lol.
Benchpress was strong and pain free (knock on wood). Knee pain died down to a dull ache. 295x6 is probably a PR but I dunno. I only count shit up to 5 reps then I dont bother keeping track of it. I ended the workout with curls for two reasons: I need to hit biceps more often and I wasnt trying any more lifts that required any heavy push on the knees.

@anyone interested, here is the mock meet video, complete with some All That Remains:

lol yeah a little leaner and I think the shoulders, traps, and triceps have gained some size the last 8-12 months so that has helped make me look like I lift :D

Good to see you back in here, though. Unfortunately I have been a lot busier than I like to be so I havent been on as much as I want to be, either. Work, working out, school, and, most importantly, family have kept me running non-stop it seems.

I know how that goes all too well man. Thanks for the warm welcome back. Good to see you are still active in your workouts and on here when you can. Keep on keeping on brother

Decided I am taking a Mulligan on this last week of working out. Me knee only just started to feel 100% on yesterday, so I didnt even do the pull day this week. Next week will be a wee 1 redo!

My bodyweight was a huge surprise. I had to do a random urinalysis today and get a work check-up. Basically, a breathalyzer, piss test, they took my height, weight, blood pressure, and some blood. I kind of thought my scale at home was giving me a weight lower than my actual weight.... turns out it has been too high about 3-5 pounds. Keep in mind I was still in my steel toe boots, a couple of layers of work clothes, and my pockets were filled with random shit, so I think I am going to be stuffing myself a little more the next few weeks..... and getting a new scale :D

This workout was a loss and a win. The loss was once again only being able to hit 205x4 on press. The win is the abuse I put on the shoulders when I was unable to get 205x4 lol. Funny thing is on the DB press I could have most likely put up a hundred pound DB 5 times with little to no issue. This is one of the areas I veer off of Wendler's plan. I do no reset if I have one bad day/lift. If I fail to get the rest of the numbers this week, I will definitely give it some thought, but for now I am pushing on. I FUKKING KNOW I CAN PRESS 205x4 DAMN IT!!!!

Anyway, next lifitng day will be Thursday(Squat/bench) simply because I got school on Wednesday and won't feel like doing shit tomorrow after work

Today was a complete bust. The second working set of squats set my knee on fire again. I got 355x2 and could not go on. And that pretty much killed the mood for wanting to continue working out. I gave it up and will reevaluate what I am doing. It might be time to take a break from heavier squatting for a couple of weeks.

Will try deadlifting Saturday and see how that feels. Probably going to put 5/3/1 on pause for a while. Nothing against the program, but it would feel weird continuing to use it without squatting.

sucks to hear about the knee...got a chance to watch your mock meet...looked like you left knee gave you issues even in the vid...I can only assume maybe subbing stuff like Good Mornings and SLDL should help keep your Squat Strength up while putting the actual lift on the back burner for now...hope it heals fast 4G...
