The Dude is currently 6'7 and his weight is probably in the 330's. He has not weighed himself in over a week. The Dude is dieting and knows he needs to continue to cut that bad weight but he is trying.

That was the whole reason His Dudeness even got in to lifting. He bounces clubs on the weekends some times and he used to do it full time. To command the room you must be intimidating.
