Bull scared.....yea, I dont believe that! Your workouts are scary intense and that's about it

80 x 10 then 10 partials. Hams were burning so bad!

Glute Bridges

225 x 10 so weak these about crushed me

Didn't have the hypo feeling. That said I don't get a lot of carbs now as the show gets closer.

You are sand bagging on your squats ! If you were able to do five sets of 185x10 then you were no where near crushed !!!!!!

Thanks RR for keeping me focused. You are right. I slept good, ate good and felt good.
Just felt off.

The other days are holding their own and some lifts are pr's.

I appreciate your support friend... in your best mom voice. That was very kind :)
