A simple little Giant set done with I think....15lbs dumbells but owwe!!
First five lateral raises then five front raises then five ohp then repeat then repeat....then stop and rest 2 minutes
then do it again....this time I made it through 2 cycles....rest 4 minutes
then did 3 cycles....it burns like hell!!!

Here's a funny story for my log:
I was at other gym today and saw another bodybuilder. Don't ever see that so it was interesting to see what he was doing. Good stuff.
Afterwards he came over to me and said: Hey do you compete? I said: Do you? He said...yea I've done several shows. I said wow I'm about to do my first show...The Francois Classic. He said: I'm doing that show!!! Ive done it already 4 xs. I was amazed. So this is great and now I can ask questions about what happens at these shows.
I know nothing.
BUT, you have a couple guys in your corner that make pros! They are the best in the business. It's always good to pick someone else's brain but you got a team that is top notch!
