Chest/Shoulder

Flat Bench Press

bar x 50
135 x 20
155 x 20
185 x 12
225 x 12
275 x 12
325 x 12
345 x 10
365 x 8
***These were reverse banded presses. bands were added about the middle.

Circuits:

Chest on a low incline: Hex Press x12, Flyes x 12, incline press x 12....with 35 lbs burns like hell. 4 circuits with 2 minutes between each.

Shoulders....seated ohp with 95lbs x 20, lateral raises with 15lbs x 20, front raises with 15lbs x12 4 circuits 2minutes rest between

Rear delts with cables at 30lbs x 20 reps 3sets

Finished with press machine set on 70 lbs x 41 then another set 70lbs x 60 total burnout!!! Fun time!

Huge bench press and triset!!!!! And even after this schoulder workout with great intensity!!

One Armed Barbell Row....These and the meadows row are hard for me because I can't get my back right. Feel unstable.

Rack Pulls (middle of shin)

315 x 5 ...(did this set and my left tri felt so damn stretched I thought it was going to rip off the bone..Freaked me so we backed off)

Huge benching and those rack pulls at the end is pretty wild! I have same problem with rows, 1 out of 3 back days I get good position, the other two days I can NEVER get into that sweet spot, aggravating. How's the progress for the show, rite on track?

Smith Machine Rows sound kinda cool. I'm usually a smith hater, but I could see where it would work well here.

Rack pulls can eat a dick!

They are cool. I used to think a Smith was baloney too but we incorporate it's use in a lot of ways.

My Racks were weak bc my left tri was so tight I was scared it would rip so I was careful.
My pumps have been off the charts.
