So I hit the garage for some deadlifts today with the new bar; this thing has knurling so deep I didn't even need chalk until I was well past 4 plates per side.

Nice whip, even with only 3 plates per side.

Took a little vid with 4 plates per side to show the whip:

And here's a pic of my left hand; no carnage but I left lots of skin on the bar:
