Hello to all
Now I know that T-levels are highest in the morning and decrease during the day. My question is if this is dependent on our biological cycle or simply time of wake up. In other words if my T is at my peak at 8am, and lets say at 80% at 10am, if I wake up 2 hours earlier than usual will my T be lower 2 hours earlier?
