Hey all-
I’m 5’0, 125 pounds and I lift weights 6 days a week. My BMR is somewhere around 1100 and my TDEE is around 1650. I’m eating about 1400-1550 calories a day, 160 grams of protein and less than 100 grams of carbs. I don’t necessarily want to lose numbers, but I want to get smaller. How can I create a caloric deficit with these numbers ? Wouldn’t it be too low ?
