Hello everyone Im Sebastian from Ontario. Ive been lifting for the past 4 years on and off now and have been consistent for the past 6 months. I started off @139 lbs 6 months ago, with consistent training and extremely large amounts of food an protiens /weightgainer mixes I have reached 175 naturally. I cant budge from this weight for a while now, I have started my first cycle(sus)My goal is to reach 205 lbs, I realize that is a high goal for one cycle and I am not in a rush. My current dosage is 750 mg per week.



Normal routine

Day1: Chest/back/abs

Day 3: off/core @ night before bed

Day 4: legs/arms

Day 5 : off

Day 6:lower back/soulders

day :7 off

If anyone could pass along a few tips or suggestions it would be greatly appreciated. My self right now I feel I am resting to much, I have just got a bench to play around with on my off days.


I dont know how this site is for flaming but im ready to listen to who ever has time.
