Infamous here just wanted to say thank you for welcoming me to the family. Love for the gym started 5 years ago when I joined the military. Since I've gotten out of the military about 6 months ago life has been crazy and finally has now settled back down and I'm ready to get back to the strick dedicated gym rat lifestyle. Ive run a bunch of programs over the yesrs but for me a slightly modified wendler 5-3-1 works best for me for strength and size.Like most I probably struggle most with diet either not enough calories in a day or not the right calories. So hopefully some people will have some usefully tips on what to do for someone who is never home during the week. Once again thank you for the add.
