I agree bcaa are very well needed especially if using insulin and I think the author of the book has the same philosophy focused deliberate control of diet helps you gain or loose size and yes I agree I know 240g protein doesnt seem enough I'm sure there is a percentage of waste In there and I agree while on gear I think metabolism burns more protein so I personally feel more comfortable with 400-500 grams of protein now as for the science maybe it's all phycological for bodybuilders that you can never get enough protein so I see people perspective but I think between the science and the myth the truth lies in there somewhere could it point to genetics?
