Swelling/oval liek lump beside left hip bone

A swollen like knot and a dull sometimes like burning pain. The knot came up today on my
Left side abdominal next to my left hip bone. For last few months I've also had bloating and stomach acid problems

No. Last July I had an MRI done on my lower abdominal and I a slight ileus in my small bowel in the gastrointestinal tract. Wonder if that has anything to do with it?

I had this in my hip from going off-season to contest mode. The sudden change of no cardio to the step mill caused the fluid sack in my hip to swell. It was painful to walk or even move my leg. Went to the ER and they gave me percs, super motrin, and crutches. Took about 2 weeks for the pain to go away.
