Def not the stereotypical stance when pulling but it's worked well for him. Widening his stance and grip also increased his ROM which is interesting b/c so many try to reduce the ROM as much as possible.

It only made sense for him. His problem was never getting it off the ground, it was locking it out.

It only made sense for him. His problem was never getting it off the ground, it was locking it out.

Widening the grip actually makes it harder to lock out. It makes it really easy to fly off the floor. Widening the grip uses more quad and less hammie and he was always pulling his hammies.
