Thanks guys...I'm 6'3.5" I start PCT this week. I started this week by adding back in some good fats and increase my overall caloires and drop Alternate day fasting. I add 2IU of GH 10min after my waking and PWO peptides, along with adding Insulin during my carb up days. I will contuine to follow a Carbless PWO, however I dropped my carbless peroid to 24hrs. My feeling here is since I was on resticted calorie diet for the past 6 weeks, with the last 2 being even further restricted I will experience an anabolic rebound and be able to add on some LM during my PCT...I've really learn alot about my body over that past 6 month with trial and error. anyway I tend to ramble so I stop before I write a book...lol
