Really looking forward to having you back in this summer. Nobody does the pre lift mental shake up like you do for me :x

I'm useful in some senses lol. Should be back to our normal spot in about 3-4 weeks....hopefully we can align schedules for at least 2x/week min.

Absolutely you are... you saw what my total would have been barring my injury. I made insane progress training with you.

We both did....my workouts are lacking when I'm by myself, I agree that it's mutually beneficial and both our numbers will explode once again.
