today I was working chest and tri's. bench press: I was doing my warm-up set, then decided to pop on 115 and see how it felt. For some reason, I was pumped, and it was going up easy. I've attempted 135 on 4 different occasions, and never got it up. Today, I knew I was...I could feel it. so, I threw on the 45lb plates, pumped up the volume on my ipod, and FINALLY did it! To some of you, this is nothing i'm sure, but to me it's big. Especially since my 1RM was 75lbs when I began lifting again (1 year ago) I'm stoked! This was my end of summer goal, but I hit it early! new goal=155 by end of September....
