I'm just a touch over 4 weeks from a meet and I'll try to keep up with my workouts here.

6'3"
275lbs

Yesterday's squat day.

Bar x 10
Bar x 5
135 x 5
135 x 3
225 x 3
315 x 3
405 x 2
455 x 1 wraps

Work set:
500 x 10 wraps and then immediate drop set after ripping wraps off 315x5

Finisher:
135 x 38 no stopping at all and no complete lockout
135 x 20 narrow high bar no stopping
