Shipping Delays

With everything that is going on currently, we are seeing a large amount of shipments, incoming and outgoing get delayed with the postal service.

Our own stock shipments are currently on hold with the postal service.

If your order contains Synthetine please be patient as we are waiting for it at our distributors and your orders will go out as soon as we have it in hand.

As an update to this - shipping is still unpredictable.

To get orders out to customers as quickly as possible we are shipping orders out of our Aus HQ whenever an item is not on hand with our distributors.

This is mainly applying to orders containing Synthetine but will occur for any other item they may not have on hand at the time which is why some customers will sometimes see their packages originating out of Aus when it usually shipped out of the US in the past.
