Two weeks ago I had a blood test that showed my total test at 341. Doc wanted a second test to confirm. The nurse aid to come in first thing in the am when levels should be at their highest. But, I had to sit in the waiting room for thirty mins with levels dropping then the student messed up the draw so I had to do it a second time.
anxiously awaiting the results. I want to get as much as possible out of insurance before going to life me. Moneys tight.

No one is more curious than me. I don't know how much difference an hour or so earlier is going to make.

540. No need for treatment.

I would wait a month or so and do another retest to verify. With only 2 tests who is to say that the higher one is not the fluke?

True. What is most annoying is that they didn't do the full panel even though that's what the second test was for. And no acknowledgement of the vit D and thyroid

I'm seriously considering giving it a go on my own though I'd much rather have the script

You could always go to a different doctor and manipulate your blood work if you're sure you want to be on TRT. If you don't need it I wouldn't go that route. I wish I still had that choice.

If I'm legit 540, I probably don't need it. I would feel better for the future though
