Life has changed in many ways for me.My home state,my relationship,My job title .
Im making a solid attempt to come back as I miss you guys .
Im still competing ( over 20 years now ).Im still at world level but in the old people class.Over the past few years I got my shit together and have changed my nutrition and habits.Still fat still strong but much healthier

Agreed. Covid really changed things up there. I started traveling back and forth for work and realized how off it was up there
