Hell Yes!

This is just shy of a 30 minute drive for me.

I'm in. And I think Mrs Flex is almost in. Would be her first meet, and she just turned 50 last month. I would be so proud of her.

Of course man. I said I will be there. So I will be there.

74 lifters registered; 1 day event.

Mrs Flex and our training buddy from the gym will be lifting Saturday morning and I'll be lifting in the afternoon.

Definitely my lifts will be less than last year, except maybe bench.

I'm thinking of opening with 525/275/525

275 again.

Hovering around the low 260's lately....last year I competed at 272.

Our gear is packed. Post comp steaks and beer are in the fridge. Electronic video recording devices are charging.

Massive beef and Guinness pie for dinner. Having a few beers, then eats, then off to bed. Alarm set for 5am.

Not going to set any PRs tomorrow, but I'm going to give it my best.
