Well I suck at updating .Ive been training. The Arnold is around 48 days away and freak mode has started to kick in

Had a bench meet Saturday . I got up to 210. Dissapointing but I haven't quiet figured out bench yet. I look forward to pushing a hell of a lot more than that. My overhead press and bench seem to go hand in hand which tells me even more so I have not figured out how to bench..
