That gut of someone who had to eat 10,000 cals per day for 15 straight years and had to support an off-season weight of 330+ and an on stage weight of 280+. I no longer hold to the "gh gut" theory. I believe 95% of it is overeating and overbuilding. You can't possibly support years of squatting 600+lbs for multiple sets of multiple
reps, and connect a 200lb torso to 130lb legs, with a wispy little waist. Even Rhoden, with his genetically tiny waist, will have to lose the tiny-ness in order to be big enough on stage next to Phil and Dennis, much less Ramy or Kai. Just my opinion.
