I'm struggle with rest times. I look like a spazzed out crack head waiting for the timers. I was using fitbod App before which I like alot too but I like Hevy has the web interface. Easier for me to enter routines on my computer for my old ass.
Yeah, I pace the gym but its whatever, I like it and how regimented it is. And you're right it does work well on my watch. Once I get all my routines set up it will be really nice. I have been doing it all from my phone and copying the workout is quite simple. No complaints at all for a free app!

Review: Good Workout. Struggled with some of the higher reps and wend down in weight to compensate. Feeling energetic and over all great. Upped my dose of Reta and Tricep today. Not feeling it too much yet. I was on a much higher Tirzep dose prior to surgery so assuming I need to kick it up higher. Long term want to ween off Tirzep to only Reta but making atonements for too much Holidays merriment :) Overall I feel and look great. Either that or being back on my TRT has given me that good good confidence :)

Review:
Felt slow and tired. Had to get up early to drop the wife unit off at the airport. Sending her away for a week to spend time with her work people to ensure she can still afford me next year. Not sure if it's the poor sleep or the Tirzep and Reta doses kicking in but this was the hardest day I have had since coming back to the gym. I pushed thru and got my reps in but nothing felt good.

Made a decision that I will be alternating Abs and core ED. Today finished my w/o with some core movements. Tomorrow I will do abs again.

Review:
Was feeling kinda sluggish and dreaded going to the gym. Day 2 of feeling this way. Feeling the carpel tunnel in my forearm. Was hoping at this dose I would not. Took a couple tylenol arm is honestly feeling a little better after the workout. I was just trudging through my work out then 1/4 of the way through a mental switch flipped in my head. I was a over 300lb fat ass this time last year. I threw up a double bicep pose in the mirror and realized ...I look fucken good again and my chest has a crazy pump. My abs are flat and the outlines of muscle are really showing, I didn't hold it for long because I was at planet fitness and I don't want to set off the lunk alarm :) After that I was pushing through it and feeling much better. . Just need to remind myself where I am right now and be grateful for it. I will be taking off both days this weekend. May even skip cardio and abs those days. My body needs the rest. Thursday and Friday I will hit hard though

Review:
Did my workout got home and read about GF and didn't really feel like blogging. The show must go on though so logging it today. Good day over all. Felt strong and big. Walked around flexing like I own planet fitness. Test is a good feeling. Can't wait to increase and add some Tren.

Good seal as long as I keep my mouth open. I am used to the nasal masks so this will take some getting used to but I will give it a few weeks to see how I adjust. My throat got very dry. I will check the humidity setting on the machine. My Insurance is sending me an Airfit F30I to try as well. Got to love free stuff from insurance companies.

Thoughts:
Had to catch up a few days here so missing insight for those.

Sleep had become rough. Tried the F-40 mask then last night tried the F-30i. The F-30i seems to work better for me. My lack of sleep still continues but dont feels it's the mask now. Took Melatonin around 10pm. Didn't go to bed till 11:30pm. I'm a night person and although I intended to get a more early sleep my ADHD keeps kicking in and I get lost in the internet. Waking up 1 to 2 times a night. I blame stress where there should be no stress. Life is good right now.

Work out was good. Weights went up.I push my squats and am happy with the weight I put up. Bench is still lacking but getting better I must admit.

Diet is ok.Reta and Tirzep make me not want to eat. I should be back on track to cut out the Tirzep by the end of the month. Chicken and rice is chicken and rice lol. Not alot to say about that. I tried getting creative but Tirzep does not like creativity. Sometimes I only eat the chicken. At least I'm not "eating crackers because the Semaglutide makes me sick to look at food" anymore.

Awesome log Mouse. May I ask why you had to go off of TRT for surgery? Or were you not on it to begin with?
