Perfect example, Lei Gin the owner of Gensci had to plead guilty and pay 2.7 million in fines to the US Govt. He was not extradited nor would he ever had been handed over to the feds as China does not have a extradition treaty with the US. Most major developed countries have extradition treaties with the US.
