Rash+

I'd say I ran dnp probably 12 times. Once this year for 14 days. Never really affects me until day 10, just fat loss.

This time I got a what I say is a rash within 10 hours of taking it. I'd say pretty bad. Looks like welts. Mostly on lower body. Legs and glutes. Some on chest an abs. One actually looks like roadrash.

I stopped it same day. Took benadryl. Still have it, buts it's fading.

Anyone else get this? I read others get it. I'd say it looks bad. I wouldn't wear shorts. Seems really odd I've ran it for years an now I get it.

Used to get it on my forearms but haven't in a long whole. Benadryl usually clears it up in a day or two and I didn't stop the dnp.

I've gotten a little patch before. Just went away after a day. This is since Tuesday an I still have it. Stopped and taking benadryl.

Could it be too old? It's probably 3 or 4 years old. I wouldn't think so, but only thing I can come up with. Or that there's something in it.

I don’t stop
Just increase water
And bathe 2x a day
I believe it’s Dnp some how coming to surface
I know I’m over 30 cycles of any where from 7 days to 6mths straight
Depends on dose also
