the avatar was sept 11th when i won heavy weight overall. this 2nd pic would be around 8 months from my avatar and 10.5 months from pic 1. my biggest improvement was arms. now im lookin to add some shoulder size, hams and back thickness.

Yes your arms are definitely up dramatically. Lats too. You look great in your avatar and are gonna look freaky great after this cut. Again, congrats on such quick and dramatic improvement.

As others have said....lots of improvement throughout upper body. A lot of increased thickness.

Legs are looking just nuts though. Nice job!
