Police charge Bridgeport man with possession of steroids with intent to sell

Baltazar Feliciano, 30, of Bridgeport, was charged with the following on Nov. 17 at approximately 1:20 a.m

•Possession of a controlled substance
•Illegal distribution/sale of prescriptions
•Failure to keep drugs in original container
•Possession of drug paraphernalia
•Operating an unregistered vehicle
•Misuse of plates
•Failure to have insurance

According to police, Baltazar was observed on Post Road operating a green Chevy Lumina with incorrect plates. Officers found marijuana, several bottles of synthetic anabolic steroids, prescription drugs, a metal pipe and unopened syringes in Baltazar’s vehicle.

Baltazar was released on a written promise to appear in and is scheduled to appear in court on Nov. 25.
