Ketsugo, I appreciate the information. I had a spinal fusion 2 yrs ago and my core is 10 x stronger now than ever before. I will be using belt on heavy days only for Squat and dl.

Inzer forever lever 10mm belt.

Forget everything else.....best belt I've ever had and many of our PL'ers use this one as well.

Order was placed yesterday! Thanks for the input. Can't wait to wrench it down and see what I can do!

UHC, thank you for the suggestion. The belt fits/feels great and damn I can sure lock that fukr down!!!
