Pay Pal Taxes over $600.00 on google refund?

Do I have to pay taxes on a refund through Google? They used PayPal and I got close to $900. I will be pissed since I already paid for them and sent 3 perfectly good watches back.

Nah I don't think so. They're looking specifically for sources of income. You already paid the taxes on the income you used to buy the watches. Though I'm sure they'd LOVE to pass something that considers every single personal transaction taxable, even refunds.
